Paloma Shopping Mall is
a new commercial project located on Senter Road in San
Jose, across from Costco. The shopping mall will cover
about 4 acres of land and is being developed by Paloma
Properties LLC, with construction work by Barry Swenson
Builder, a well-known contractor with over 60 years of
experience in the Silicon Valley. Construction for the
shopping mall will commence in November 2009. This is
the fifth commercial project from Paloma Properties LLC
in San Jose. The shopping mall will be sold by
individual unit (in addition to corridor), which
consists of land and building. Buyer will hold title to
the purchased unit as well as the land lot.

Paloma Story, completed in 2001
Paloma Silver Creek-Aborn, completed in 2006
