Thank you for your interest in one of my corporate owned listings. Please download and print all the forms at the bottom of this page and submit them with your offer. This is everything you will need to submit an offer unless otherwise specified in the remarks on the MLS. Please read "REO answers to frequently asked questions" before giving our office a call with questions. All of your questions should be answered in this document.

 

We pride ourselves in having "up to the minute" accurate MLS status. If the MLS states that a property is available, it is available. There is no need to call. If you would like to know if we have any offers on the table that are in negotiation, please email steventhanbroker@gmail.com. We would be happy to accommodate you. We will respond to all email ASAP.

 

If after reading the "frequently asked questions" page and you still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

We communicate mainly through email. If your offer is accepted, an email will be sent to you immediately with the banks counter offer addendum. Even if your offer is acceptable to the bank, you will receive a counter offer addendum. Once you submit your offer, please check your email regularly as this is how we will deliver all documents.

 

Once the contract is ratified, Trity Nguyen will be your person of contact. She extremely knowledgeable in REO transactions and will be able to assist you during the escrow process.
